3、環境溫度高於+25攝氏度，從裝料、運輸、到卸料延續時間不得超過60分鍾，環境溫度低於+25攝氏度，上述時間不得超過90分鍾。

4、冬期施工時，應切實做到：開機前檢查是否結冰；下班時認真排除拌筒內及供水係統內殘存積水，關閉水泵開關，將控製手柄置於“停止”位置。

5. On the way back to the mixing station, 150-200l water should be injected into the mixing drum to clean the concrete residue bonded by the cylinder wall and blades.
6、每天工作結束後，司機應負責向攪拌筒內注入清水並高速（14—18轉/分）旋轉5—10分鍾，然後將水排去，以保證筒內清潔。用高壓水清洗攪拌筒各個部分時，應注意避開儀表及操縱杆等部位。壓力水噴嘴與車身油漆表麵間的距離不得小於40厘米。
6. 7、清除攪拌筒內外積汙及殘存的混凝土渣塊時，以及在機修人員進入筒內進行檢修和焊補作業時，需先關閉汽車發動機，使攪拌筒完全停止轉動。在機修人員進入筒內工作期間，必須保證拌筒內通風良好，空氣新鮮，無可然氣體及有害灰塵，氧氣供應充足（不得使用純氧）。在筒內使用電動工具操作時，操作人員必須有良好的絕緣保護。
7. When removing the dirt inside and outside the mixing drum and the remaining concrete slag, and when the machine maintenance personnel enter the cylinder for maintenance and welding repair, it is necessary to turn off the automobiles engine to stop the mixing drum completely. 8、工作時，不得將手伸入旋轉的攪拌筒內，嚴禁將手伸入主卸料溜槽和加長卸料溜槽的連接部位，以免發生事故。
