全自動攪拌車各部件的把控方式

攪拌筒是整個三輪底盤攪拌車的關鍵部件,作為存儲混凝土的容器,對防止其固化、離析起著決定性的作用。它由拌筒體、托輪等組成。筒體由前錐段、後錐段、圓柱段、封頭、葉片、進料小錐、滾道等組焊而成。前端與減速機連接在一起,後部通過托輪支撐在副車架上。

攪拌車副車架是三輪底盤攪拌車主要的承重部分,作業時的載荷幾乎都是通過它來支撐,加上在行使中由於路麵的顛簸和加、減速形成的衝擊載荷,都對副車架的結構提出很高的要求。整個副車架由主梁、前台支撐架、後台支撐架組成。主梁采用整體箱型結構梁,從根本上增強了它的抗扭、抗折、抗拉性能,保障了剛性要求。在副車架主梁下鋪設帶孔鋼板以避開底盤上凸起的鉚釘,同時讓主梁的方向與底盤車身大梁方向保持一致,盡可能加大副車架與底盤的接觸麵積。另一方麵,在兩根主梁之間加裝輔助橫梁,調整主梁各段的剛性,讓載荷在副車架整個長度上更均勻的分布。

操作係統由控製器、聯動軸、軟軸及連杆機構組成,主要控製攪拌筒的轉速及旋轉方向。三輪底盤攪拌車後部兩側各布置一套控製器,左右控製器可以實現聯動,控製器上隻有一根操縱杆,接出端分別通過連杆機構連接到變量泵上,通過改變泵上控製柄的角度來調節油泵的流量,實現控製筒體轉動的方向和速度,可以左右移動來控製;同時還有接出端通過軟軸連到發動機的油門上,在需要加大轉速時可上下操縱來控製此操縱杆來實現筒體轉速的提高。
