2. 檢查汽車輪胎氣壓及磨損情況,按規定力矩緊固輪胎螺絲、輪胎氣壓補充到該車型規定值之內,根據磨損情況進行輪胎換位。

3. 檢查發電機、空調、水泵及助力泵皮帶的鬆緊與老化情況。

11. 混凝土攪拌罐車起動發動機後，應使攪拌筒在低速下轉動10分鍾左右，使液壓油溫升到20℃以上方可工作。

12. 攪拌車裝運攪拌好的混凝土時，攪拌筒轉速為210轉/分，在運輸過程中，平坦路麵上攪拌筒轉速保證在2-3轉/分，行駛在側坡度大於50的路麵，或左右晃動較大的路麵時，應停止攪拌旋轉，待路況好轉後再恢複攪拌旋轉。

13. 混凝土攪拌車運送混凝土的時間不能超過攪拌站規定的時間。運送混凝土途中，攪拌筒不得長時間停轉，以防混凝土產生離析現象。應時常觀察混凝土情況，發現異常及時通報調度室，申請作出處理。

14. 攪拌車在排出混凝土之前，應使攪拌筒在10-12轉/分的轉速下轉動1分鍾，再進行排料。

15. 混凝土攪拌車出料完畢後，應立即用隨車的軟管放水將進料口、出料鬥及出料溜槽等部位衝洗幹淨，排去粘結在車身各處的汙物及殘留混凝土，再向攪拌筒內注水150-200L的清水，在返回途中要讓攪拌筒慢速轉動，以清洗內壁，避免殘餘料渣附在筒壁和攪拌葉上，並在再一次裝料前將這些水放掉。
15.
