小型混凝土攪拌車卸料門接近開關與卸料門上的轉柄指針接近距離不超過5mm才能感應信號。當卸料門因油泵壓力未達到要求或卸料門在關閉時被小型混凝土攪拌車裏的殘料卡住時，接近開關接近不到轉柄指針而沒有信號，因接近開關或轉柄指針鬆動，使接近距離超過5mm時，接近開關也感應不到信號。如接近開關損壞也沒有信號輸出。
The proximity switch of the discharge door of the small concrete mixer truck can sense the signal only when the proximity distance between the rotary handle pointer on the discharge door is no more than 5mm.
